Their work is repeatedly interrupted or put off for so long that it has to be done under extreme time pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Unclear priorities, endless influx of emails, inefficient meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Goals: more time for&#8230;.<\/h4>\n<p>The employees should be given clear tools and approaches, such as,\u00a0 how they can keep a better overview in their day-to-day work, how to tackle the essentials in good time, and how the feeling of &#8216;being constantly rushed&#8217; can be reduced.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Process and Content<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A two-day seminar, during which the participants focus on the following topics:<\/li>\n<li>the basic principles of efficient work,<\/li>\n<li>setting goals and priorities,<\/li>\n<li>practicing good time-management,<\/li>\n<li>time analysis: tracking down time wasters<\/li>\n<li>efficient communication by e-mail or mobile phone,<\/li>\n<li>optimal desk organization: finding instead of searching<\/li>\n<li>managing change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Result<\/h4>\n<p>At the end of the two days, each participant has drawn up a list, with their own personal improvement options&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Due to the abundance of small and large changes, it is now possible to focus on the essential tasks and thus, avoid unnecessary odds and ends, instead delegate or rationalise, so that they take significantly less time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Participants&#8217; reviews<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>the workshop\u00a0 &#8220;cleverly organized\u00a0 &#8211; allowing more time for the essentials&#8221;,\u00a0 was a very good, highly professional and practical seminar, on an enormously important topic &#8211; which impressed with an extremely entertaining, enjoyable and interactive design, as well as by Dr. Uwe P\u00f6lzl himself, &#8211; an absolutely convincing speaker-,\u00a0 who believably refers to his own experience and therefore recommends\u00a0 concrete solutions.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;The speaker Uwe\u00a0 P\u00f6lzl\u00a0 was excellent, in terms of presentation and content.\u00a0 Very helpful topics for better organization and better time management at the workplace, were chosen after his consultation with the participants, and which he presented,\u00a0 in a very sympathetic and funny manner.\u00a0 I wouldn&#8217;t want to miss these two days.&#8221; UP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tags":[],"class_list":["post-17167","case_studies","type-case_studies","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Cleverly organised, time-management for ...<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"allowing more time for the essentials.
