General<\/h4>\n

The following terms and conditions generally apply to all services provided by LeadingX, unless otherwise agreed in writing. These terms and conditions become binding when the order is placed, either verbally or in writing.<\/p>\n

Pricing<\/h4>\n

The agreed fees are net prices. Additional costs, such as expenses for travel, accommodation and office supplies, as well as VAT, will apply.<\/p>\n

Copyrights<\/h4>\n

The documents, exercises and services provided by LeadingX, are and will remain the intellectual property of LeadingX, Markus Gruber.\u00a0 All services are intended for the personal use of the course participants and may not be passed on to third parties.\u00a0 Reproduction of any documents - including internal distribution and use of the written material, content and services - is subject to prior written consent of LeadingX.<\/p>\n

<\/h4>\n

Cancellation<\/h4>\n

Should the client cancel a booking or seminar, cancellation costs will arise, unless the appointment can be booked or covered, otherwise. Cancellation fees are calculated such as: 50% of the participation fee is charged for cancellation of 60 days prior to the start of the seminar. For cancellation from 30 days before the seminar,\u00a0 100% of costs will be charged.\u00a0 Above only applies, if no replacement participant, or replacement date is confirmed.<\/p>\n

Cancellation of a seminar<\/h4>\n

LeadingX reserves the right to cancel seminars up to three days before the start of the seminar,\u00a0 should there not be enough participants,\u00a0 but could offer replacement dates, or to oblige another trainer to hold the seminar.\u00a0 If the seminar is canceled due to illness of the trainer, force majeure or other unforeseeable events, there'll be no entitlement to conduct of the seminar.\u00a0 The seminar will be rescheduled at a later date.\u00a0 There is no entitlement to reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs, as well as loss of income.\u00a0 No liability is accepted for indirect damage, in particular loss of profit or third party claims.<\/p>\n

<\/h4>\n

Liability<\/h4>\n

The respective service is carefully prepared and carried out according to the current state of knowledge.\u00a0 LeadingX assumes no liability for any advice given, nor the use of the knowledge acquired.\u00a0 We would like to point out that at all times, participants are responsible for their own actions, as well as their physical and mental health.<\/p>\n

Place of jurisdiction<\/h4>\n

The T&C and contractual relationship,\u00a0 are subject to Austrian law.\u00a0 The place of jurisdiction is Zell am Ziller, respectively Innsbruck.<\/p>\n
