It gets <strong>increasingly difficult<\/strong> for yourself and your employees, to stay highly motivated, to lead target-oriented and create a positive team-spirit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-16894-1-0-2\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-last-child\" data-index=\"3\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<h2>Goals of 'acting agile'<\/h2>\n<p>New surroundings require<strong> also new competences<\/strong> from project-managers and project-employees, in regard of methods to use, as well as the so called 'soft skills'.
