discretion are the basis for a successful coaching session.<\/li>\n<li>The focus is on the customer's goals and solution orientation.\u00a0 The customer is encouraged to independently develop, implement and realise individual solutions.<\/li>\n<li>The coach asks the right questions, recognizes and promotes potential, focuses on the essentials, reflects, encourages and gives feedback.
