In dieser Zeit durfte er viele Projekte zur Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung in unterschiedlichen Unternehmen umsetzen. Charakteristisch f\u00fcr viele Jahre war ein Spagat zwischen Beruf, Familie mit 3 Kindern sowie Gesundheit und Freizeit. Durch sein starkes Interesse an Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsentwicklung und ganzheitlichen Erfolgsstrategien (\u00fcber 20 internationale Aus- und Weiterbildungen), hat er in den letzten Jahren entschl\u00fcsselt was entscheidend f\u00fcr den langfristigen Erfolg eines Unternehmens sowie f\u00fcr Gl\u00fcck und echte Zufriedenheit der Akteure ist. Es ist die Qualit\u00e4t von Einstellung und Bewusstsein, mit denen die Menschen zu Ihren Unternehmungen und Unternehmen stehen.
