My experience
As an officer in a special military unit, I and my teams mastered challenging situations. During the construction and commissioning of airports in crisis regions, I accompanied intercultural teams through change processes. Therefore, I know what is really important in leadership, communication and cooperation in uncertain and complex environments. For years I have been researching the connections between attitude, conscious leadership and high performance. Today companies and executives benefit from my training and coaching methods to develop conscious leadership and high-performance teams.
